The Park City Area Restaurant Association is taking over Park City’s historic Main Street for a one-night only mountain dining experience – the fourth annual Savor the Summit on Saturday, June 25.

Savor the Summit combines the city’s unique and diverse dining options and celebrated community atmosphere with an incredible culinary and visual experience. It is a unique celebration of fabulous food, drink and live music.

Make your reservations now for The Grande Table, a nearly mile-long continuous table staged in the middle of the street. You will be joining more than 2,000 diners in this unique, relaxed, comfortable environment. Several of the restaurants are already sold-out, so be sure to make your selection today.

Sun, are you there? Whether it’s here to stay or not, there’s plenty happening around our SL,UT to keep us busy. So rain or shine, here is another edition of Around the SL,UT.

Repo! The Genetic Opera is showing at Tower Theatre this weekend as a midnight movie with stage show. Tickets are still available, but will sell out quickly. $10 per show, Friday & Saturday at 11:30pm, and Saturday will have a 7:30pm showing.

It’s a Salt Lake vs. Las Vegas comedy showdown as Sin City invades Zion happens at The Complex Saturday night. It’s a lineup of comics from Las Vegas going up against some of our best trash-talkers. Two shows, 8pm and 10:30pm, tickets are $12 at the door. Come shout and holler for our hometown boys.

Want to get Cajun? Head to The Huddle on Sunday for their Annual Crawfish Boil. 3-10pm, $15 for a commemorative t-shirt, and all you can eat crawfish, corn, cajun potatoes, and jambalaya. The Huddle is located at 2400 east Ft. Union Blvd.

Pride Festival is coming, and the Miss City Weekly Pride Pageant is this Thursday, June 2 at Bar Deluxe. There will be entertainment, and the best in our city’s drag scene. Admission is only $6 at the door, doors open at 8, and the pageant begins at 9pm.

Don’t forget to get your tickets for Sketchophrenia before they sell out. Christopher Stephenson, Andrew Jensen, and Troy Taylor are some of the funniest guys in SLC, and they’ve prepared a brand new show for their Post Theater appearances on June 11. Tickets are only $10 at Brown Paper Tickets.

Twilight Concert Series 2011

…And here it is. The lineup of the 2011 Twilight Concert Series which continues to draw massive crowds. Again, the shows will be held at Pioneer Park each Thursday night from July 14 through August 25.

The Twilight Market offers food, beverages and locally made crafts, with something for every taste, from pizza to pasta, from vegetarian to barbecue, from cookies to gelato. The Twilight audience can enjoy artists’ work and purchase such handcrafted items such as jewelry, clothing, soaps, and ceramics. The Twilight Market opens at 5 pm and the shows begin at 7pm. Beer and wine are available for purchase on-site. Pets and smoking are not allowed; service animals are welcome.
