The Downtown Farmers Market and Edible Wasatch present a seasonal pig roast and party at the Utah State Fairpark. Ryan Lowder, Executive Chef for Copper Onion, has teamed up with local rancher Christiansen’s Hog Heaven to prepare a feast fit for a locavore. Enjoy live, local music and enjoy wine and beer pairings while honoring the end of the 19th season of the Downtown Farmers Market.

The event is 21 and older, cash bar. Tickets are $25/person, including food and entertainment. Register here.

It’s this Wednesday, from 6-10pm.
